Suppliers and customers. Sellers and consumers. Market laws besides specific features and internal dynamics to every productive field both show and regulate rapport among doers of daily business to business. Anyway between sellers and buyers there is often not a mere and simple business relationship but a true partnership. And on these premise, by cooperating with the mechanic industrial sector for over fifty years, Bulloneria Villa has been able to turn simple mechanic components such as screws, bolts and braces into key points to PMIS and big factories. ”Our philosophy which leads our work, keeps aiming at establishing a true partnership with our customers. We do not mean to be seen as mere suppliers but true partners to production and creating a company leadership in the market.”
How has the mere bolt changed since the old times?
“In the past Bulloneria Villa’s production included fastening standard elements and special customer tailored products .Over the years, beyond being always capable of globally supplying the requested products, we have focused on getting special bolts, tailored made or with features in material and customer requested treatments”.
What sectors does most of demand come from?
“It is not easy to point out the sector needing most of consistent supplies. When dealing with a customer to provide them with bolts for a plant in the oil field or the energy one or an environmental one, supplies must be consistent without interruptions which means they must take place within 48 hours from the order.”.
What’s Bulloneria Villa’s added value enabling to whip competitors?
“First of all the quality system which follows production as a whole, even in details, from drawing to creation. By continuously monitoring every single production stage, till the final delivery, the company is able to meet each need, to make the entire process more effective by getting rid of pointless costs and to offer a top class service by providing each product with a test certificate”.
What are the planning choices driving Bulloneria Villa’s production?
“We do work based upon projects requested by the final user. Raw materials are basically rebars which we get from steel mills on the domestic market. Special prices based either on material or size are mainly asked in the petrochemical and energy sectors. In these cases, in spite of the company mechanized asset, a lot of pieces with particular features and in small amounts are still manually handled.”
How do your products run through the “commercial chain” from the producer to the final user”?
“Customer’s demand gets right away to production aiming at creating the product; it is taken into the warehouse and then passed on for thermal or galvanic treatments.
Then, the product, before being delivered to the final customer, gets back for our internal monitoring in order to be given the final green light. This detailed monitoring makes room for a no waste production on the market.
What are the reference markets to bulloneria Villa?
“We have always worked for the Internal market and we aim at PMI and big companies making plants or part of them. However, our products get abroad as well because a lot of our customers win tenders outside Italy and in the emerging countries. Every year we try to achieve the best results although we have to come to terms with markets trends which sometimes make it difficult to reach.”
